My stay at this hotel was quite disappointing, especially considering the expectations set by the supposed luxury spa resort image. The room left a lot to be desired in terms of cleanliness and functionality, with numerous maintenance issues that persisted despite being reported multiple times. However, the views of the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain were stunning, and some of the staff were genuinely friendly and tried to help. If you're looking for a luxurious experience, I recommend looking elsewhere.
